Working alongside the portfolio management team, Lisa oversees the full client experience from onboarding through ongoing service, coordinating every detail so clients feel supported, informed, and valued at every interaction. She maintains the integrity of HORAN's client relationship management and portfolio reporting systems, manages client requests, and ensures every communication reflects the firm's standard of excellence.
