About Us
“'Do what’s best for the client,' our first fundamental encompasses listening, guiding, and acting with integrity, all of which puts our clients’ best interests first. We build trust by doing what’s right for them and not easiest for us.”
Paul Carl brings something rare to retirement plan consulting: he's seen the industry from the inside out. As a former Senior Investigator with the U.S. Department of Labor, Paul developed deep expertise in ERISA compliance and fiduciary responsibility before bringing that perspective to plan sponsors and their employees. Today, he applies that experience to plan design, investment oversight, cost benchmarking, and participant education, helping organizations build retirement programs that work for the people who depend on them. A regular contributor on retirement topics, Paul is sought out by plan sponsors, peer advisors, and retirement service providers for his practical expertise and clear thinking on complex retirement issues.
