Her focus is straightforward: give CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CPOs, and Heads of HR the plain-language guidance they need to reduce fiduciary risk, strengthen plan governance, and improve outcomes for their employees, without turning the plan into a second job for HR, Finance, or Payroll. Stephanie works at the business level; her entry point is the C-suite and senior leadership team. She specializes in 401(k) and 403(b) retirement plans, helping organizations understand who owns what in their plans, where risk lies, and what a clear, well-governed process looks like.
